Lotte Group’s Daehong Communications Expands Blockchain Adoption with Aptos

Daehong Communications, a Lotte Group affiliate, has achieved significant traction with its blockchain-powered mobile voucher service Giftiel. Since integrating the Aptos blockchain in July 2025, the platform has issued over 5 million vouchers and attracted more than 1.3 million users. This milestone underscores the growing demand for trusted digital services leveraging blockchain technology.

The partnership between Aptos Foundation and Daehong Communications is set to deepen, with plans to extend blockchain applications across Lotte's diverse business portfolio. At the Global Blockchain Forum – Republic of Korea 2025, Kang Tae-ho, Head of the Future Growth Division at Daehong Communications, highlighted the company's vision for broader blockchain adoption and its collaborative initiatives with Aptos.
